Refund and Returns Policy

At Urban Men Attire LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Below you will find our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at morgan@urbanmenattire.site with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at morgan@urbanmenattire.site within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange as soon as possible. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at morgan@urbanmenattire.site with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (if applicable)
